The Role:

Remote - Full Time

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to add to our growing sales team and company.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential nonprofit clients, helping them understand how Flipcause can support their mission. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and scheduling demos for our Partnerships Managers, who will handle the rest of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting by making 350 - 400 outbound calls per day 
  • Scheduling online demonstrations through a mixture of outbound cold-calling and email responses
  • Handing off qualified prospects to Partnerships Managers
  • Working closely with Partnerships Managers to ensure seamless demo scheduling
  • Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer information and communications in our customer relationship management database (Salesforce)
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

  • 1+ years of sales development and outbound experience
  • Comfortable making 350 - 400 outbound calls daily
  • Experience with online tools (i.e., Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce)
  • Thrives in a fully remote, collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone
  • Strong listening skills and empathy for customer needs
  • Able to communicate products, features, and value effectively

Compensation:

$65,000 OTE ($50,000 Base + Bonus Opportunities)All standard-issued equipment provided
